Lessons Learned

In the context of experience design, a "lesson learned" refers to a key insight or understanding gained from the evaluation of a design process or project. These insights typically arise from reflecting on what worked well and what didn't during the creation and implementation of an experience, whether it be a product, service, or interaction.

I am long overdue for gathering the insights I've gained from my own work and putting them down on paper in a (somewhat) coherent form.

Let's remedy that.
